Change Management Consultant 

We are searching for several all-star Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultants at various levels to lead change for companywide transformation initiatives within financial services. While this role will begin as a contract, there is high probability of conversion to a full-time employee. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Conducting stakeholder interviews and impact assessments as inputs for the change management strategy
  • Design targeted stakeholder communications working with client HR, communications, and creative teams
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development team and provide input on training plans for impacted Departments and Business Units
  • Analyze and report on people analytics from employee surveys and HRIS data 
  • Participate in client weekly project meetings and provide status updates and possible risks and mitigation strategies
  • Manage and track change management and adoption metrics and report changes as needed

 What You Bring:  

  • 5+ years’ minimum experience in Organizational Change Management
  • Financial services experience preferred 
  • A strong desire to learn new change management frameworks and apply them 
  • A passion for understanding behaviors and ability to think out of the box to solve people and culture problems. 

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6-months, with possible extensions and conversion to FTE

Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Operations specialist to drive flawless end-to-end strategic execution of campaigns, growth strategy, and sales enablement initiatives. With expert knowledge of modern systems such as Salesforce Pardot and Hubspot, you will perfect our marketing and sales experiences by improving the automation, analytics, and integration of our processes and systems. You have experience executing marketing programs that engage prospects and customers, leading marketing automation processes in cross-collaboration with sales teams, and marketing analysis reporting. As the go-to person for all things marketing operations and reporting, you are exceptionally collaborative, taking a flexible, hands-on approach to executing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and has tremendous growth potential.

What You’ll Do: 

• Streamline and execute marketing growth strategy, campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives

• Streamline and manage the marketing technology stack in driving strong opportunities and processes/programs that will drive leads and full funnel user journeys

• Own lifecycle marketing campaigns and email segmentations by cohorts

• Manage various inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging is aligned between internal stakeholders

• Manage the overall lead funnel including lead scoring, roadmap, performance, etc

• Act as marketing automation expert, listening to needs of stakeholders in order to holistically understand end goals and offer smart, trackable solutions

• Analyze gaps in the business’s data, consumer acquisition strategies, and growth practices

• Develop and manage marketing dashboards and reports to track key success metrics and ROI • Work closely with Salesforce Administrator to ensure marketing automation data is being properly collected and connected in our software systems

• Use data-driven insights to suggest improvements to customer experience and boost engagement

• Actively contribute to build our team office culture as we grow

What You Bring: 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing/Sales Operations role

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciple preferred

• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

• Excellent project management and decision-making skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Salesforce Pardot and Hubspot preferred
